Trials to Alberta Winter Games - Dec 14th, 2013

Capital City has 7 athletes tryout for Alberta Winter Games in Red Deer on Saturday, December 14th.  

• P2 Athletes- Ariana H., Brooklyn L., and Shane M. tried out for Zone 6.  Ariana placed 2nd in Zone 6 and 2nd on beam for all P2's.  Ariana earned a spot on the Zone 6 P2 team!  
• P3 Athletes - Olivia T. and Emily A. tried out for Zone 6.  Olivia was 2nd in her zone, and 3rd on vault and 1st on bars for all P3's.  Emily was 3rd AA in Zone 6.  Olivia earned a place on the Zone 6 P3/P4 team!  Emily is the team alternate.  
• P4 Athletes - Taelynn N. was 1st AA and 2nd on bars and beam.  Hudsyn A. was 2nd AA and 1st on floor.  Taelynn and Hudsyn made the Zone 6 P3/P4 team!
• Ashley Sportun was names team coach of the Zone 6 P3/P4 team

Congratulations to all our girls that tried out for AWG.  The girls that made teams will compete at Alberta Winter Games in Canmore on Feb 6-9th ... good luck!!!
