January 22nd to 25th - GYM POWER

Congratulations to all our girls for their outstanding results at Gym Power.    A special thank you to all the volunteers, parents, athletes, and staff that helped make Gym Power run smoothly.  The venue looked unreal and we have had nothing but positive feedback from clubs and parents.  For most of our athletes, this was their first competition of the season and Capital City came out with a bang!
